INDEPENDENT FIDUCIARY GUIDANCE
Investments with a clear purpose.
Your investments should support the life, family or organization you are building. Capital360Financial evaluates investment options around your goals, time horizon, cash needs, costs and capacity for risk.
ETFs and mutual funds
Funds combine investors’ money to hold a collection of investments. Index-based and actively managed funds may provide exposure to stocks, bonds, regions or specific strategies. We assess the holdings, expenses, liquidity and fit within your overall portfolio.
Funds can lose value. Some are narrowly focused, and owning several funds does not necessarily mean you are diversified. Fees and expenses reduce returns.
Stocks and bonds
Individual stocks may support long-term growth, while bonds may contribute income and help shape a portfolio’s risk. We consider the purpose and size of each position alongside your other investments.
Stocks can experience substantial losses and dividends are not guaranteed. Bonds carry issuer, interest-rate and inflation risks; selling before maturity can result in a loss.
Private equity and alternative investments
For eligible clients, private equity and other alternative strategies may be considered alongside traditional investments. Private equity generally invests in companies that are not publicly traded. Other alternatives have different structures and should be evaluated individually.
These investments may involve restricted withdrawals, long holding periods, complex fees, uncertain valuations, leverage and significant losses. They may be inappropriate for money you need readily available. Eligibility, minimums and availability depend on the offering; eligibility alone does not establish suitability.
Annuities and retirement income
Annuities are insurance contracts that may address particular long-term retirement-income needs. Capital360Financial can help evaluate how an annuity may fit within your broader financial plan, considering income needs, flexibility, costs and alternatives.
Features vary by contract. Review fees, surrender charges, withdrawal restrictions, tax consequences and investment risk where applicable. Any insurer-backed guarantee depends on the issuing insurer’s financial strength and claims-paying ability. Annuities are not suitable for every client; applicable service and compensation arrangements should be explained before proceeding.
How we evaluate your choices
We start with your objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs and existing holdings. We then consider costs, investment structure, manager approach, concentration and tax considerations, coordinating with your tax professional where appropriate. No investment category is required in every portfolio.
IRAs, trusts, business accounts and employer retirement plans are account structures. They are separate from the investments held within them.
Put your options in perspective.
Whether you want a portfolio review, a retirement-income plan or guidance for business assets, begin with a conversation about what your money needs to do. We will explain the relevant service, scope and fees before you decide whether to engage.
Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Growth, income and preservation are objectives, not guaranteed results. Diversification does not eliminate market risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Fund and product expenses may apply in addition to advisory fees. Investment availability and suitability vary. This page is educational and is not an offer to sell a private investment.
