At Capital360Financial, we are a fiduciary wealth management firm delivering client-first, fee-only financial planning and investment solutions. Our founder leads all portfolio management in-house, allowing advisors to focus fully on building client relationships and expanding their network.
We are currently seeking motivated, business-minded professionals who want to launch or expand their advisory careers by focusing on client acquisition and business development—with full support and mentorship from our firm. This is a commission-only role with a clear pathway to greater responsibility, including potential transition into a VP/Portfolio Manager role as you develop a strong client base within the firm.
Your Focus: Business Development
This opportunity is designed for professionals who want to grow their own client network within Capital360Financial’s platform while being backed by a dedicated portfolio management and compliance team.
In the first few years, your core responsibilities will include:
• Prospecting, networking, and building strong client relationships
• Offering fiduciary-aligned financial guidance (training provided)
• Introducing clients to our holistic planning and investment process
• Working alongside our founder and in-house portfolio manager to serve clients
• Developing a sustainable, high-quality client base within the firm
Advisors who consistently grow and retain client relationships may be eligible to move into VP-level leadership or portfolio management roles.

Ideal Candidate

• Series 65 license (or willing to obtain with guidance)
• Previous sales or advisory experience is helpful—but not required
Compensation & Growth
• 100% commission-based (no cap)
• Year 1 Expected Range: $35,000–$80,000+
• Years 3–5: $100,000–$250,000+ (based on growth and retention)
Your first few years will focus on business development—with full training, support, and systems to help you grow your client base within the firm.
Advisors who achieve strong results may be invited to advance into firm leadership or portfolio management roles.
